Henry Brink helps organizations identify opportunities to improve their marketing and planning processes, and then helps them design programs for achieving world-class standards.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Brink helped transform the business models and technologies employed in the paper, chemicals, and minerals industries. He has over 22 years of experience in a range of marketing management positions, including strategic market planning, alliances, market, business and product development.
At Specialty Minerals Inc. (SMI), he guided a number of paper companies into changing their process chemistry and investing significantly to produce acid-free paper incorporating SMI products. As part of the business conversion, he negotiated long-term, multi-million dollar agreements that allowed SMI to build and operate manufacturing plants on their customers’ sites.
Mr. Brink earned a BS degree from the Paper Science and Engineering program at Western Michigan University and earned his MBA from Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ. He is Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee at the Solebury (PA) United Methodist Church. Mr. Brink enjoys golf, rowing, basketball, and skiing. He lives with his wife and two boys in Doylestown, PA.
