Richard Rardin helps organizations develop leadership strategies that align with and drive their business strategies in order to achieve marketplace objectives. A skilled facilitator, Mr. Rardin empowers teams, as well as individual executive leaders, to overcome barriers to organizational change objectives, while living out their core values.
Mr. Rardin has worked in leadership and organization development with a variety of Fortune 500 and nonprofit companies for over twenty-five years. As director of leadership development he designed and implemented a global leadership program that enhanced the executive leadership skills of global executives. He has presented his proprietary executive coaching model at human resource conferences worldwide.
In addition to his work with Vantage Point, he is the founder and president of BenchStrength Development, LLC, which is a resource for those who seek to incorporate the servant model of leadership in the workplace. He is also the author of The Servant’s Guide to Leadership, Beyond First Principles, published in 2001-2005. The book presents practical tools and models to increase understanding of the theology of leadership and its application in everyday contexts.
Mr. Rardin earned his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University, his M.A. from Northern Illinois University, and his M.S. from California American University. He resides in Newtown, CT with his wife and two children where he is also a member and elder of Walnut Hill Community Church.
