Purpose

Help business teams define and develop answers to important strategic problems faced by the business

Primary Focus

Develop solid understanding of business situation; create market-focused strategy that enables business to overcome challenges, take advantage of opportunities

Secondary Outcome

Ability to think and act strategically, apply the process to other business situations

Participants

Cross-functional team of 6 to 10 individuals responsible for the business

Duration

6 one or two-day work sessions over 12 to 15 weeks
